   After working in social care and mental health training for a number of years shortly after leaving school, Laura decided she was destined to follow a more creative path much more suited to her personality and interests...

    Laura's natural creative streak quickly lent itself to bridal hair and make up after realising she had a natural talent for make up and styling hair in her early teens. Coupled with her love for weddings and travelling, specialising in wedding hair and make up, made this combination a match made in heaven for Laura. In 2010 after undertaking many months of specialist private training and one to one tuition, Laura felt it was time to launch herself into the wedding industry. Laura now has over a decade of experience specialising in bridal hair and make up and has since gone on to win multiple awards and hired to work with a number of celebrities and brands. 

  The continuous success of the business naturally led Laura to open her studio and salon - Laura Holness Cosmetology, which primarily hosts Laura's brides for their wedding hair and make up trials as well as other customers able to access a variety of services and beauty treatments offered by our in house beauticians. With its mixed contemporary and French inspired interior, the salon environment is stylish, warm and inviting. Laura Holness Cosmetology is also an official salon stockist for premium brands such as Balmain (Hair Couture).

Laura really enjoys the extra element of meeting new people from all over the country and world, whilst contributing to the exciting experience of someone's special day!  Laura Holness Bridal is well-known for its attention to detail and friendly approach ensuring brides feel comfortable and confident on their wedding day.
